This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the SolveX Conversions OS website, software, and related services, including SolveX Dealership Messaging. SolveX provides AI-assisted lead response, appointment setting, customer communication, and dealership CRM support for automotive dealerships.
When you communicate with a dealership, that dealership may collect information directly from you and may have its own privacy practices. This Policy describes SolveX's practices and does not replace a dealership's privacy notice.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how the services are used, we may process:
- Contact information, such as a name, telephone number, email address, and preferred contact method.
- Dealership lead information, such as vehicle interests, trade-in interests, financing interests, lead source, lead status, and information submitted with a vehicle or dealership inquiry.
- Communications, including messages exchanged with a dealership through supported channels, communication preferences, and opt-in or opt-out records.
- Appointment information, such as requested dates and times, confirmation status, reminders, and related dealership notes.
- Device and technical data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, diagnostic events, and security-related logs.
- Service-usage data, such as feature interactions, workflow activity, configuration choices, and performance information.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide lead-response, appointment, communication, and CRM support services requested by a dealership or customer.
- Assist dealership personnel with responding to inquiries, maintaining conversation history, and managing customer relationships.
- Authenticate users, maintain account security, detect misuse, investigate incidents, and protect the services.
- Provide customer support, troubleshoot failures, monitor service performance, and improve relevant features and workflows.
- Respond to dealership inquiries and deliver related operational notifications using service providers acting on SolveX's behalf.
- Comply with applicable law, honor communication choices, and maintain records reasonably necessary to demonstrate consent or opt-out status.
4. Dealership Access and Use
The dealership receiving your inquiry may access and use your contact information, lead details, communications, appointment information, and related records to respond to you, provide customer service, operate its business, and manage its customer relationship with you.
Dealerships are responsible for their own use of customer information and for complying with laws and policies applicable to their activities.
5. Mobile Messaging Privacy
Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers may process mobile information and other personal information only as necessary to provide services on behalf of SolveX or the applicable dealership, such as communications delivery, hosting, security, and technical support.
Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the dealership.
6. SolveX Test & Demo SMS

Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data collected for this program are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
This specific Test & Demo SMS program does not authorize live dealership consumer messaging. Dealership messaging is a separate program and requires its own applicable consent and compliance controls.
Eligible participants may review and use the public SolveX Test & Demo SMS consent form.
7. When Information May Be Disclosed
SolveX may disclose information to service providers acting on its behalf for legitimate business operations such as hosting, security, communications delivery, and processing notifications related to dealership inquiries.
In addition to the dealership and those service providers, information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or misuse, or support a corporate transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
SolveX does not authorize service providers to use customer information for their own independent marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Data Security
SolveX uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so SolveX cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, support the applicable dealership, maintain security and business records, honor communication preferences, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the type of information, dealership instructions, contractual requirements, and applicable law.
10. Your Choices
You may ask the applicable dealership or SolveX about accessing, correcting, or deleting certain information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. You may also update communication preferences through the dealership.
For text-message assistance, reply HELP. To stop recurring text messages from the messaging program, reply STOP. An opt-out request may not prevent non-marketing communications that are legally permitted or necessary to complete a transaction you requested.
11. Children's Privacy
The services are intended for automotive dealerships and people making dealership-related inquiries. They are not directed to children under 13, and SolveX does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the services, please contact us.
12. Policy Updates
SolveX may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the services, legal requirements, or business practices. The revised policy will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through other reasonable means when appropriate.
